Homemade Quagi antenna for PMR446

This Quagi antenna was built in about 2 hours and completely dismantled after 3 hours, initially I was planning to rebuild much longer, but never done. With this Quagi antenna I made a 120 km QSO with very good signals.

The boom was a wooden boom. This 8-elements Quagi antenna usually comes in between 12 and 13 dBd.

The loop's wire is a 2 mm diametre and the directors 3 mm diametre.
